Recipes
In the run up to our celebration our house was briefly converted into a meadery, with a demijon of aging mead or wine in almost every room of the house. The soft gurgling of fermenting fruits was our musical backdrop for many months and we were eager to see if we could make enough palatable bottles by the weekend.

Plenty of the guests seemed to enjoy the wine, and quite a few have asked about getting into making their own concoctions. Hopefully we can help share enough knowledge to one day get to try your efforts!
Guides
Making mead is fun, experimental, and unfortunately a bit more involved than pouring the relevant stuff into a bottle and refraining from drinking it for a bit. To help get you started, we recommend checking out the following:
The Beginners Guide to Making Mead - Eases you into the process gently. You won't be making complex meads, but you will be making drinkable ones!
The Newbee Guide to Making Mead - A bit more in-depth. Make sure to read through Chapter 10 on Nutrients!

- Dandelion Wine - A foragable wine with a bit of zest. Fun to harvest with the kids and then drink when they've gone to bed
- Heartboundless - Our non-alcoholic alternative to Heartbound. A hibiscus cordial that can be served in a number of ways
